Abundance is our newest and most unique suite at the Inn. It's on the bottom floor, and adds a modern twist to The Inn while maintaining its rustic foundation. This fabulous suite offers 2 queen beds in one room with modern quilted comforters, oversized pillows and nightstands where you can plug in all of your tech devices. Lining the room is board and batten walls and a fabric covered wooden bench to sit on or use to hold your belongings. In the second room, you can relax in style on the luxurious turquoise velvet couch or oversized chair as you start or end your day with a hot cup of tea or coffee from the Keurig atop your stately coffee bar with granite inlays. In this room you'll also find a large leather-covered bench. The couch makes into a full bed, allowing up to 5 people to comfortably enjoy the suite. Just down a short hall is your own private bathroom featuring a large walk in shower. Along the hallway you'll find two large mirrors hanging with leather straps offering additional prep space if needed. This suite also boasts a private exterior entrance with a porch and rocking chair overlooking the lake, providing the perfect setting for respite and relaxation while you enjoy the wildlife in the mornings, spectacular sunsets reflecting over the lake in the evenings, and mind-blowing starry skies at night.

Guests of all ages love this unique room at our East Texas Ranch. The bold, strong design brings out the wrangler or Cattlebaron in guests. Pine plank walls provide a backdrop for the beautiful headboard and custom iron lighting. Sleep sumptuously in the either of the 2 Queen sized beds. Tucked into an adjoining nook are two custom-built twin bunks in their own cozy space. There is a compartment bath with an oversized tiled shower, spa showerhead, and two separate sink areas. There is also a half bath across the hall, making this room comfortable and providing privacy, even when six folks share the space.

What cowgirl is complete without her cowboy? Everything a cowboy wants is in this unique room found at our Texas guest ranch. A king sized custom antique pine headboard, covered in a Judy Boisson quilt is set against the rich backdrop of the brown Ralph Lauren leather-look walls. The clever minnow bucket lamp, longhorn mirror, steerhide drop leaf desk and cowhide on the floor add to the charm of this guest favorite room at our retreat center in Texas. Access to the large upstairs game room is just a few steps away. The Cowboy sized shower is also a delight with the spa shower accessories.

From the glitz on the walls, to the pillowtop king bed covered in velvet, a little glamour for the “cowgirl” awaits guests in this cozy setting at our ranch near Dallas. Leather-beaded pillows, leather bedskirt and western prints on the walls complete the look. Catch up on emails at the small dropleaf desk, or enjoy your favorite novel in your club chair. Guests can look out at the front lawn and sometimes even catch a glimpse of a deer or two at our Texas ranch resort. Its own private, white tiled shower and large tiled vanity invite primping. Conveniently located at the top of the stairs next to the main sitting room and a short distance to the game room, the Cowgirl Room gives guests close options for fun and games.

This romantic room is the ultimate couples retreat in Texas and is decorated in french toile fabric and antiques. The room affords a convenient downstairs location a few steps from the Great Room with a charming sitting area and spectacular view of the front lawn through its large floor to ceiling double windows. The king sized bed provides a restful night’s sleep, and a true spiritual vacation. Enjoy a shower or bath in the shuttered bathroom with custom iron lighting. Awaken to the smell of fresh brewed gourmet coffee and the delicious aroma from the kitchen’s morning preparations or step outside your bedroom door onto the front veranda to enjoy the wildlife and birds.

This charming country French suite overlooking the lake is the largest at our Sulphur Springs Inn. Color is everywhere from the Pierre Deux fabrics and wallcovering of mustard, red and French blue set off by the surrounding windows. Two steps up from the sitting area is a beautiful custom iron king size bed. The spacious entry sitting room is complete with a down cushioned queen size hide-a-bed sofa, club chair, pine armoire housing a television, and large sliding glass door inviting guests to enjoy a respite on the second story veranda. The French provincial look is enhanced by beautiful antiques including a pine cabinet with sink in the dramatic red bathroom. A little piece of heaven at our East Texas getaway.

You may wonder who That Feller is, and guests can find out when they read the poem that this room is named after. The soft, khaki green walls host interesting black and white pictures of hay, barns and fences as well as a large, American Flag out of barn wood. The wall decor complements the mahogany king size bed with its patchwork quilt. Sink into the large, leather wing back chair for quiet time or to read a good book. The front window boasts a great view of the lake and the 200-acre front yard at our ranch near Dallas. High, barn-like windows over the bed complete the architectural look for this accommodation at the far end of the house. Two steps away is the large game room where many a guest from That Feller’s can be found engaged in a game, reading, or watching a great DVD on the large screen TV.

This room at the end of the house provides privacy and seclusion at our East Texas ranch, as well as a view overlooking the back woods and winding country drive that meanders to the cottages. Its beautiful, custom rod, iron king size bed invites comfort under the charming French provincial quilt done in shades of red and golds. Soft, grey green walls host outstanding examples of acrylic and oil paintings of French countrysides. Study quietly at the country french desk or enjoy a good read in your comfy club chair.

This room is named for its lovely picture of Grace and the Lamb by Mitchell Tolle. The pale, blue-green walls form a soft background for the romantic, queen custom iron canopy bed with french country quilt to snuggle under for a nap. For an intimate conversation at our Christian Bed and Breakfast, have a seat in either the chair and ottoman or the soft white, queen size hide-a-bed. For those inclined to do some studying at our East Texas Ranch, an antique iron desk provides a perfect spot while a nine-foot expanse of window provides wonderful views of the back lawn, rose garden and woods with a peek at Beaver Pond!

The fresh white, yellow, and blue color scheme taken from the custom hand-screened bluebonnet wallpaper in the bathroom make this accommodation a guest favorite at our East Texas ranch. Climb into the French provincial king bed covered in white matelasse bed covering for a sumptuous nights sleep. You may want to lounge on the twin daybed or lean back in the pale yellow club chair for a relaxing nap and enjoy this Christian vacation spot. French antique pine desk and oval table as well as pine armoire with television complete the country French look. Step through one of the two large sliding glass doors onto the upstairs veranda for outdoor relaxation in one of the wicker rockers or enjoy a glass of tea and a game at the glass topped table while you view the beautiful expanse of native oaks and rose garden in the front yard’s several hundred acres!

From the Covenant Suite sitting area, guests may move through Noah’s own private sitting area with overstuffed matelasse club chairs and ottoman. Other highlights of this room at our East Texas Bed and Breakfast include a large antique pine desk for work or study and a magnificent view of the back woods and rose garden. Take a look at the sunset over Beaver Pond or the lake out your bathroom window before going to bed in the custom-built iron canopy, king size bed. From the colorful coverlet to the four shuttered windows, this accommodation at our retreat near Dallas reminds guests of springtime. The bathroom is also a favorite, with its scrubbed pine floorboards and tiny, hexagonal black and white tiled bath floor. Corner windows in the bedroom and bathroom invite another look at Beaver Pond and stately oak trees.

Situated just steps away from the Covenant Suite sitting area is this large bedroom complete with king size, custom painted soft green four poster bed. A beautiful French pine antique armoire provides an impressive closet. This sunny suite at our East Texas Bed and Breakfast is complemented with embroidered fabrics and the most interesting chair in the house, as well as a comfortable desk. Let all the city stress fade away as you gaze out the huge front window over looking 100+ year old oak trees, lake and 200 acres of front lawn. The unusual chair invites you to sit and read for a while or join others in the Covenant Suite sitting area.

Selah Room is the former master bedroom of The Inn on the first floor. This is Texas rustic luxury at its best. You'll be in awe from the moment you walk in and see the wall to wall/floor to ceiling built-in bookshelf backed with beadboard and with a built-in desk. The stately king size sleigh bed is complete with lush comforter and pillows. A wall of windows with custom-made plantation shutters lines the bedroom leading to a quaint sunroom. In the sunroom you'll enjoy a chic custom-made desk, appointed with its executive leather chair overlooking the lake. The fabulous panoramic view offers ample opportunities to appreciate the abundant wildlife and to write or reflect. You'll also enjoy savoring your morning cup of coffee while lounging on your private porch. The Selah bathroom is the largest in the Inn with an iron claw-foot tub, separate tiled walk-in shower, and a bidet/toilet, providing the ultimate luxury.
